This is so hilariously funny to me because I had no business liking this anciently, old man (who was only 26 at the time). In hindsight, I don’t even know why I even liked him at all. But based on the way I would write his name incessantly in block & bubble letters –ON EVERYTHING– tells me that I was crushing on him…HARD.
I was 10 years old when Krush Kroove came out in 1985. Out of allllll the cuties I cooda liked: Ralph Tresvant, a not-so-famous-yet Blair Underwood, Run from Run DMC, Prince Markie D…ANYBODY. Yet, I dug this man who was old (well looked old) when I was a kid. Sorta like how Morgan Freeman has been old all my life, fr fr. 😂😂😂
